Training Registration:
> Must register and pay for a class prior to attendance
> Prorating cannot be done in advance , as priority is given to those that can attend a full session
> For semi-private lessons ( 2 or more students in the class), if only one student showed up for the training this lesson will be considered private lesson and priced accordingly

Lesson Scheduling:
> Lessons must be scheduled 3-4 days to one week in advance> 48 hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancelation

Refunds:
> Full refunds will be granted if requested no less than 10 days prior to the first class meeting of the session
>  Refund request received after this time, but at least 5 working days prior to the first class meeting, will be assessed a $50 administrative fee per class, and will not receive a refund
>  No refund or credits will be issued for request received less than 5 working days prior to the first class meeting
>  No Refund will be given for non-attendance or for any reason other than a cancellation by Windansea Tennis Society Activities

Private Lessons & Packages:
> Private lessons and packages are non refundable
> Private lessons and packages expire within a specified time frame
> If cancelation notice is received less than 24 hours prior, the cost of private lesson will be applied to your account

Package Renewal:
> 5-lesson training package is automatically renewed at the 3rd lesson or every 2nd week from the date the payment is received; 5-lesson package must be completed in 2.5 weeks or the remaining lessons have expired
> 10-lesson package is automatically renewed at the 5th lesson or every 3rd week from the date the payment is received; 10-lesson package must be completed in 5 weeks or the remaining lessons have expired
> Three week advance notice of termination is required if student or parent/guardian decides to discontinue the training; If three week advance notice of termination isn’t provided in writing, the training package is automatically renewed, hence the student or parent/guardian will be charged for the renewal of the training package

Emergency terms:
WindanSea Tennis Society has the right to inform the customer in writing (e.g. txt/email) pertaining emergency condition and resume trainings at a later date. During the emergency period WindanSea Tennis Society will not provide refunds or credits.

 Membership:
> $250 month-to-month membership option provides the opportunity to avoid the lesson cancelation and rescheduling fees and postpone the completion of the package by 2 additional weeks after the package has expired.
